# Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

### 1. Delivery Policy (Instant Digital Products)
- **Handwritten Notes & PDFs:** Upon successful payment confirmation via our payment gateway, students will receive instant access to download the digital PDF directly on the confirmation screen, as well as via an automated email sent to their registered email address.
- **No Physical Shipping:** Sat Gurukul does not ship physical books or paper copies via postal courier. All study notes are 100% digital download files.

### 2. Refund Policy for Digital Downloads (PDF Notes)
- Due to the nature of digital goods (instant download and immediate file accessibility), **all sales of digital PDF notes, formula sheets, and study materials are non-refundable**.
- We strongly recommend reviewing the free sample pages and video lectures available on our platform before completing your purchase.
- If you experience any technical difficulty (such as a broken download link or payment deducted without file access), please email **satgurukulofficial@gmail.com** with your Payment Transaction ID. We will manually deliver the files to you within 12–24 hours.

### 3. Cancellation & Refunds for Live Doubt Batches
- **Before Batch Start:** If a student requests cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the first live class session, a 100% refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- **After Batch Commences:** Once live interactive classes and proprietary community access have begun, monthly batch fees are non-refundable for that ongoing billing period.
