At **Sat Gurukul** (accessible from https://www.satgurukul.in), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and students. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect and how we use and safeguard it in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India.

### 1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum necessary information required to deliver our educational services:
- **Contact Details:** When you purchase digital notes, fill out an inquiry form, or enroll in a live batch, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, class/standard, and academic stream.
- **Payment Information:** Payment transactions are handled entirely by secure, RBI-authorized third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay/Cashfree). We only receive transaction confirmations (Payment ID, order status, and amount paid). We never see or store your bank passwords, debit/credit card CVV, or UPI PIN.
- **Log Files & Analytics:** Like most modern websites, Sat Gurukul utilizes standard web analytics and log files (IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and visit timestamps) to understand user traffic patterns and optimize mobile loading speeds.
---
### 2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for:
- Delivering purchased digital study notes (PDF links sent via email or WhatsApp).
- Sending class links, Google Meet schedules, and timetable updates for live doubt sessions.
- Responding to student inquiries, technical support requests, or syllabus questions.
- Improving our website design, mobile experience, and course offerings.
---
### 3. Protection of Student Data
- **We Never Sell Your Data:** Sat Gurukul strictly does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal contact information with third-party advertisers, telemarketers, or external agencies.
- **Secure Communication:** Official communications are sent only regarding your requested educational updates or active enrollments.
---

- **Payment Gateways:** Third-party payment gateways operate under their own independent privacy terms. We encourage you to review their policies during checkout.
